What web server do you use?

All plans run on LiteSpeed web servers, and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress is included free for every customer. LiteSpeed is built to handle high traffic while keeping load times fast.

Do I get cPanel?

Yes. Basic, Premium and VIP include cPanel and staging through WP Toolkit.

Can I use the Basic plan for a business site?

No. Basic is for personal, non-commercial sites and blogs only. Premium is our recommended plan for businesses, stores and growing websites. VIP adds priority support and scoped, ongoing advice.

Are backups included?

Premium includes emergency backups, and VIP includes daily backups.

Is email included?

Yes. The Basic and Premium plans include unlimited email addresses.

How much does hosting cost?

Basic is $8/mo or $75/yr, Premium is $15/mo or $150/yr, and VIP is $50/mo or $500/yr. Compare plans.

What routine help is included?

Every plan includes hosting troubleshooting, practical WordPress assistance, baseline security and hacked-site recovery assistance. Plugin updates are available on request.

Does hosting include new features or custom development?

New features, redesigns and custom development are scoped and quoted separately before work begins. Existing service-specific agreements and benefits remain unchanged.

What consulting is included with VIP?

VIP includes priority support: VIP tickets go to the front of the queue. Ongoing advice on speed, security and growing your site is included at no extra cost, with the scope agreed with you.
