On every NBH plan, routine help covers hosting troubleshooting, practical WordPress questions, security and recovery assistance, and plugin updates on request. We manage the server side; you still decide what your website publishes and which features it needs.

Performance and everyday troubleshooting

LiteSpeed and LiteSpeed Cache provide the performance foundation, with free Cloudflare CDN setup available. A slow page can also come from large images, a theme, a plugin or an external service. Tell support which page is affected, what changed and how to reproduce the issue so we can help narrow it down. No plan promises a particular speed score or search position.

Updates, staging and recovery

Automatic WordPress security updates are part of the hosting service, but individual site settings can vary. Ask us to check your settings or request plugin updates. Staging through WP Toolkit lets you test changes separately from the public site. Baseline security and hacked-site recovery assistance are included on every plan; new development and redesigns are scoped and quoted separately before work begins.
